Cavan Solar Panels Adoption
In 2024, the SEAI is awarding solar panel grants of up to €2,100 for home installations. Over the past few years, 937 grant assisted installations were carried out in Co. Cavan, and just over a third (315) of these solar systems were fitted in 2023 alone.
The first 8 months of 2024 saw 258 home solar installations in Cavan with SEAI grant support. This works out as 31.58 systems installed for every 10,000 people in the county.
