Customer Journey

  • Once a query is made the sales consultant will reach out immediately.
  • The sales team will arrange a site survey to evaluate the potential of a customer’s property at a convenient time.
  • A comprehensive technical survey will be conducted by a qualified solar consultant to assess the site’s suitability for solar panels, taking into account the homeowner’s electricity consumption patterns.
  • The Solar PV consultant will address any queries, provide clarification on any uncertainties, and discuss potential add-ons or additional requirements.
  • Based on a comprehensive assessment of factors such as energy consumption, roof layout, budget, and specific requirements, the Infinite Energy team will develop a bespoke solar PV solution.
  • On the same day, customers should receive a detailed proposal that itemises the cost, specification of materials, warranties, estimated energy yield, and projected return on investment for their bespoke solar PV system.
  • The consultant will subsequently contact the client to elaborate on the proposal and quote, and to address any additional queries.
  • The installation team will ensure that the solar energy system is handed over to the home or business owner, ensuring that they are satisfied with their installation and assisting with the setup of their solar monitoring system.
  • Infinite Energy streamlines the grant process ensuring prompt payment of the SEAI grant.
