Customer Journey

  • After receiving their details prospective customers will be contacted by a sales representative.
  • A free site survey will be conducted on a date that suits the customer to assess the property.
  • Based on this survey and the customer’s needs NuSolas will recommend a bespoke solar PV solution for them complete with a quote.
  • A date is arranged for the installation of the solar PV system on the customer’s home or business.
  • The in house team will help customers with any SEAI grant applications to relieve them of the burden.
  • After the solar panels are installed, the dedicated service team will ensure that everything is to the customer’s satisfaction.
