  • A sales representative will contact potential customers within 24 hours of receiving their information.
  • The representative will schedule a site survey with their local PV consultant which can take place within as little as 3 to 4 days. Surveys can also be scheduled around the needs of the customer.
  • The PV consultant will carry out a full technical survey of the site, gathering all the data relevant to ensuring a safe and efficient installation process.
  • The consultant will also explain all relevant information regarding solar panels and solar PV systems to the customer, ensuring that they are confident and informed in making their decisions.
  • Within the same day, customers should receive a full proposal that breaks down the price, materials, estimated yield, and payback period of a solar PV system tailored to their needs.
  • The consultant will then follow up with the client once again to discuss the specifics of the proposal and quote, and to answer any further questions.
  • Pinergy’s team help customers with SEAI grant applications and paperwork. As a registered grant beneficiary, customers don’t have to worry about it any further after their solar panels have been installed.
  • At all stages of the journey, Pinergy’s team avoid pressuring customers and respects their privacy at home.
