The SolisCloud app is a monitoring system which is designed to work with Solis inverters, where users can manage their solar PV systems from anywhere.
The app is extremely useful for those with a solar system installed, providing data on both energy generation and consumption. It even highlights environmental benefits in real time.

SolisCloud App Features
When users open the SolisCloud app they find themselves in an ‘overview’ page which displays information like daily, monthly, and yearly solar energy yield stats.
This page features a power diagram, allowing users to see how much power is currently being generated by the solar panels, and the percentage of the total kWp output of the solar system.
The app also helps you keep track of your CO2 savings showing the equivalent number of trees planted.
Solis Plant Page
The app’s Plant page allows users to manage their solar systems, with a power source diagram which displays the power generated from solar panels, grid usage, and battery output, with color coding for clarity.
It allows homeowners to view historical data through daily and monthly graphs, with valuable insights into energy patterns over months and years.
Solis App Benefits
There are many benefits to having an inverter app like the SolisCloud to monitor your solar panel system’s electricity output.
Track Power Generation
Tracking through the app allows you to see where your energy is coming from – and how much is being generated. This can help users make informed decisions about consumption habits.
Frequent Readings
The Solis app takes readings every 5 minutes, which means that users are always up to date with everything related to their solar panels.
Accurate Data
Frequent readings and tracking usage over time would be pointless without accurate data. Luckily, the insights provided by the Solis app are on point.
Solis Inverters
Solis inverters are user-friendly and affordable solutions for solar panels. Solis inverters provide high conversion efficiencies, ranging from 97.1% to 97.7%.
The S5-EH1P hybrid inverter specifically caters to residential energy storage, capable of handling up to 5kW of backup power and switching to backup mode in just 20 milliseconds.
These inverters can be connected to battery systems from dozens of manufacturers, which means users have plenty of flexibility when it comes to solar batteries. Both S5 and S6 inverters are built to withstand harsh conditions, with the S5 rated at IP65 and the S6 at IP66 for dust and water protection.
As well as the SolisCloud app, the inverters themselves have built-in LCD screens providing real-time information about usage, including energy generation and consumption.
